Dr. Hery Wibowo is an Indonesian educator, published author, and curriculum designer known for pioneering the Spiritual Capability movement—a transformative approach integrating Islamic psychology, capability theory, and social resilience. As the founder of ARBA, a soul-based social enterprise, he empowers communities, families, and workplaces to nurture fitrah-rooted well-being across generations.

Holding degrees in psychology, human resource management, and sociology, Dr. Hery blends rigorous scholarship with practical frameworks, visual metaphors, and reflective tools that make deep concepts accessible to everyday life. His work bridges spiritual insight and social impact, guiding people not only to grow—but to function meaningfully in their personal, societal, and professional roles.
